Our manufacturing base is located in Yingkou, Liaoning Province, with a factory area of 30,000 square
metres and a team of around 100 employees.
The site covers the full production chain for vehicle lifts, tyre changers and wheel balancers, from steel
cutting and forming through welding and surface treatment to assembly and final testing before shipment.
Production
Manufacturing is organised by product line, so each line keeps its own tooling, fixtures and inspection
stations. This keeps tolerances consistent across a production run and makes it straightforward to build
custom configurations for export orders.
Surface treatment is carried out in-house with shot blasting, acid pickling, phosphating and a powder
coating line. Sheet metal work uses imported CNC punching machines, laser cutting machines and fine plasma
cutting machines.
Quality Control
Incoming steel and components are inspected before release to production. In-process checks are carried out
at the welding and surface-treatment stages, and every finished machine is assembled, function-tested and
load-checked before packing.

Certification
Our products are CE and ISO certified, and we prepare the test reports, certificates and export
documentation required for shipment to our export markets.
Export Packing
Machines are packed for sea freight in export-standard crates, with rust-preventive treatment and reinforced
bases for container loading. Customised packaging and OEM branding can be arranged on request.
